55ph.com's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their 55ph.com account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 55ph.com makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 55ph.com does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
55ph.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or for any other reason that 55ph.com deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or comply with applicable law.
Upon termination of an account for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Upon termination for reasons other than cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 55ph.com support via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any eligible balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue the matter through the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial channels.
