12 Children's Privacy

The 55ph.com Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gaming in the Philippines. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If 55ph.com becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the personal data in question, and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant Philippine authorities.
